Infinity Bookkeepers offers new clients a free consultation to become acquainted with your business and answer any questions you may have. We will walk you through our services and provide recommendations to ensure all your business's needs are met.
Once a service package has been selected, we will setup your accounting file, obtain any payroll information, and get your organization onboard with Hubdoc.
If converting from another software, we would convert any applicable data to the new accounting file.
For clients with existing Xero or QBO subscriptions, we will review the file to make sure that it is up to date and does not have any erroneous entries.
We will reconcile and classify any available transactions. If manual adjustments are needed, we will make them. When there are classifications or vendors that are unknown to us, we will contact you via email to obtain further information about the transactions.
Infinity Bookkeepers will provide a monthly and quarterly balance sheet, profit and loss, and a statement of cash flows. Additional reports can be provided upon request.
Monthly bookkeeping services will be billed on the first day of each month. Invoices will be emailed directly to the designated contact. Infinity Bookkeeping accepts PayPal, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
